About the activity

The spirit of the Cacao plant is a powerful, pure, sacred spirit and is meant to touch with its warmth the Heart of the body that chooses to receive it with openness. It is a ritual ceremony that urges you to step candidly into your soul home, to worship it and to listen to the sweet call of the divine song that will either invite you to reflect on what you feel (guided meditation), or to dance with your whole being every emotion that passes through you (ecstatic dance).
