When the nervous system gains voice: A somatic journey through sound.

This practice creates a safe space where the body can release tension and return to self-regulation.
Through sounds, vibration, breathing and guided presence, we work directly with the nervous system, without forcing or vocal performance.
No musical experience is necessary. The voice is used as a somatic, not aesthetic, instrument, supporting stress relief, emotional regulation, and reconnecting with internal sensations.
