My approach is practical: we use movement as a reset button to cleanse emotional toxins and leave behind everything that blocks you. The result? Less stress, more presence, and a real connection with yourself, without compromise.

Through movement, we clear the inner noise so you can reconnect with your own essence.

My sessions are a space of emotional release and vitality, where you can express yourself authentically.

Trance Dance Ritual

Trance Dance is a form of liberation through movement, where the eyes are covered with a bandana to eliminate any social pressure. It is not a dance class with learned steps, and you do not need any talent.

Why do we use the bandana? Because, when no one sees you and you don't see anyone, the fear of being judged or the need to "do it right" disappears. This experience offers you a space of total safety where you can move exactly as you feel, using music and breathing to release stress, fatigue and tension accumulated in the body.

It's an "inside-out dance" practice that essentially gives you a break from the noise of the outside world to recharge your batteries.

Active Meditations

For the modern mind, overstimulated and constantly on the move, linistar Forced meditation is often ineffective. If your mind is always "on the go" with tasks and responsibilities, active meditation works like a "reset" button, turning off mental noise.

Active Meditations are specifically designed to address this blockage: we use movement, controlled chaos, breathing, and sound to release tension from the nervous system.

The principle is simple: we eliminate the agitation of the mind to naturally make room for calm.

We use techniques such as body shaking (Kundalini and Ecstatic Shaking), release sounds or controlled breathing (Chakra Sounds and Chakra Breathing), and for mental release Gibberish and Catharsis.

The goal is to eliminate emotional toxins from the nervous system so that, in the end, we can relax.also knew relaxation to occur naturally, without effort. They are practical and effective methods to regain mental clarity and a general state of well-being.
