Biography

I don't work with universal recipes and I don't believe in quick fixes.
I believe in experience, in the body, in what you feel when you slow down enough to listen to yourself.
At Kaya, everything I offer starts from the same intention:
to help you return to yourself, without forcing anything.

Yoga – Yoga of Feeling

For me, yoga is not about perfect postures or performance.
It's about feeling what's going on inside you.

In my classes, the body is the guide. We learn to breathe, to move consciously, and to observe without judgment. Sometimes it's stillness, sometimes it's emotion, sometimes it's resistance – and all are welcome.

Yoga of Feeling is a practice through which:
– listen to your body
– you create space within yourself
– you reconnect with your mind and emotions
– you start to have more confidence in yourself and what you feel

I'm not telling you how it should be.
I help you discover what it's like for you.

Theta Healing

You know what you want to change, but you repeat the same patterns.
You get stuck, doubt yourself, or feel like something "invisible" is holding you back.

Theta Healing works with the root of the problem – subconscious beliefs and emotions.
It is a safe space where you can understand what limits you and release what no longer belongs to you.
We don't force anything. Clarity comes naturally.

Emotional Ayurvedic Massage

Ayurvedic massage is, for me, a form of dialogue with the body.
Through touch, breath and presence.

It is a profound experience that works not only on a physical level, but also on an emotional level. It helps the body relax, the mind calm, and the emotions settle.

Inspired by the Ayurvedic tradition, in which the body is viewed as a whole – physical, emotional and energetic.

In my practice I use natural, heated sesame oil and Ayurvedic calamus powder, chosen for their ability to support the body's natural processes.

Sesame oil deeply nourishes tissues, calms the nervous system, and creates a state of stability and security in the body.

Calamus powder stimulates circulation and vital energy, helps eliminate stagnation and supports mental clarity.

The massage is performed at a conscious pace, adapted to each person.
