Biography

My path combines the artistic area, body practices and interest in deep understanding of people. I have a background in music and have been studying the harp since 2013, an instrument that I integrate today into sound healing sessions and deep relaxation experiences. Since 2021, I have been practicing yoga, and later trained as an instructor, holding Hatha Yoga classes oriented towards balance, awareness and reconnection with the body. In parallel, I studied sociology and am involved in the area of activism and social assistance, experiences that influence my approach through a real attention to individual and group needs. Also since 2021, I have been working with astrology and tarot as tools for self-knowledge and guidance, which I integrate into individual sessions and thematic workshops. In my work, I create spaces where yoga, music and introspection practices meet, offering a holistic experience, adapted to each person.
