My name is Alina and my mission is to guide women beyond physical and mental exhaustion, to a space of ease, balance, and authentic presence.

My professional journey began in the competitive world of international financial organizations where, for over 15 years, I coordinated large teams and projects. While I built strong relationships and a successful career, I understood firsthand the pressure to perform and the hidden cost of burnout.

My encounter with therapy began years ago, as a personal journey to process early trauma. Passionate about the positive impact of personal development, I have experienced firsthand that true healing cannot happen "in between the drops", at the end of a long day at work or in unhealthy environments and relationships.

In 2024, my body and mind demanded total processing space. Major depression and generalized anxiety brought my world to a standstill. After years of exhaustion and struggle, my survival mechanisms collapsed. 

Healing and reconciliation with my own needs led to a natural professional reconversion, born from a point of deep alignment with myself, the present. 

Today, I strongly believe in a holistic and integrative approach. 

We are not just mind or body; we are a complex system that needs a personalized perspective. That’s why I specialize in various modalities—from somatic and energy work, to systemic constellations and combined arts—to be able to support exactly those vulnerable areas that need attention.

Together, we will explore the right solutions for you in a space of inclusive presence, moving step by step from alertness to balance and from exhaustion to vitality.

1-ON-1 SESSIONS

• Somatic Alignment of the Nervous System: A somatic, deeply sensory process that facilitates the release of accumulated tensions, chronic stress and energy blockages stored in the nervous system. Through techniques of presence, breathing and a state of conscious observation, the nervous system is guided to relax. Thus, the client anchors himself in the present, activating the natural process of self-regulation, closing previously interrupted emotional processing cycles and exiting the state of permanent alert.
• Reiki Energy Reset: A deep energetic cleansing designed to reduce stress, quiet mental noise, and restore the body's vital flow. It is a gentle method of energy balancing that brings clarity, centering, and deep relaxation.
• Family Systemic Constellations: A deep experiential process in which we explore the family system of belonging. The goal is to process and integrate repetitive patterns that bring discomfort into everyday life.
• Systemic Alignment Constellations™: A complex process through which we work on a specific objective that is slow to materialize. We explore the dynamics between resources and blockages, identify what is generating stagnation and activate the concrete steps necessary to achieve the desired goal.
