About the activity
One-hour program in which we will combine flexibility and movement exercises with breathing and meditation techniques.
Based on Qi Gong (the Chinese martial art for health and longevity) the program teaches dynamic sequences that can then be practiced regardless of context, whether it's a single 5 minute run through a sequence or you have an hour to work on each movement several times, for a more serious workout.
Through movements and concentration, we unblock energy channels for a better circulation of all the good essences in the body.
It promotes the release of hormones: acedocholen (concentration, attention), dopamine (motivation and reward), norepinephrine (action, presence), serotonin (calm, perseverance) to regulate the body more effectively.
It develops attention, sensitivity, awareness, exercises the connection between mind and body and improves mood control (calm-agitated spectrum) for better performance and decision-making capacity in every minute of everyday life.

Am inceput cu yoga si apoi, vreo 10 ani mai tarziu am dat de Qi Gong cautand sa imi repar genunchii (tocmai aveam meniscul fisurat la stangul si nici dreptul nu era departe). Si m-am indragostit. De atunci nu numai ca mi-am reparat genunchii dar am scapat de depresie si anxietate si de o serie de obiceiuri proaste la care nu reusisem multi ani sa renunt. Mi-a imbunatatit viata si performantain nenumarate feluri. „
