Biography

I work with movement as a tool for balance, health and reconnection with one's own body, for both adults and children. My approach is gentle and functional, focused on correcting posture, mobility, coordination and preventing imbalances arising from modern lifestyle.
I am a certified fitness instructor and athlete with a long-standing relationship with movement and training. I have completed my training through courses and workshops dedicated to bodywork, posture and functional movement, as well as training as a technical nutritionist, with a focus on supporting the body through simple and balanced food choices.
I frequently work with people who spend a lot of time at the office, who experience back, shoulder or hip pain, but also with active people who want a more functional, stable and balanced body.
In parallel, I have extensive experience working with children, organizing camps, hikes, and nature activities. In children's classes, the emphasis is on play, safety, coordination, balance, and developing a healthy relationship with one's own body, in a non-competitive setting.
In personal training sessions I work individually, adapting the workouts to each person's goals and pace, with a focus on posture, mobility, functional strength and integrating movement into a sustainable lifestyle. I believe in movement that supports the body in the long term and contributes to a true state of well-being.
