About the activity
More of a therapy than a massage, I use guided meditation to lead you deeper into the state of feeling of the body from the inside out. In addition to the meditation and relaxation massage that we begin with, the Spinal Flow technique activates the kundalini energy in the spine, making a massage session a gentle therapy for both the body and the emotions.
