Through dance, the body becomes a voice. A voice that does not lie. A voice that is celebrated no matter what it feels. Through dance, we liberate. Through rhythm, we express ourselves. Through the body, we heal. A weekend of transformation through authentic movement and collective joy. Here, it's not the steps that count, but what you feel. Do you allow yourself to?
I created this workshop out of a deep need — to feel, to move, to stop judging what feels "wrong" within me, to express whatever wants to be expressed. African dances taught me to honor my emotions, to celebrate myself even when I don't feel "ready."
Next weekend, I invite you to a space where we combine personal development with African dance. It's a living practice, where you can let your body speak, feel the support of a group, free yourself, enjoy yourself, be YOU — exactly as you are.

Multidimensional artist, dancer, psychologist and mentor in modern African dances.
Cristina is a free spirit who celebrates life embodied through devotion and simplicity.
He is also a personal development counselor and energy worker, guiding people towards reconnecting with their authentic selves.
