class=\"forminator-label\">Disclaimer<\/label><ol>\n<li>The child is the responsibility of the parent.<\/li>\n<li>Exercise activities, by their nature, present certain risks of injury that cannot be prevented or completely eliminated by the close supervision of our facilitators. These may include, but are not limited to: strangulation, fainting, fractures, sprains, abrasions. Therefore, we cannot assume responsibility for events that cannot be reasonably avoided by the actions of the trainers or planning of the activity;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>The exercise activities, by their nature, may cause children or their clothing to get dirty (in some cases, damage may occur). We therefore recommend appropriate clothing. We cannot assume responsibility for children getting dirty or damage to their clothing;<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>SC Kaya Holistic SRL assumes no responsibility or liability in the event that a child participating in the camp is subject to a contagious disease or a contagious virus. The responsibility lies with the parents of the child concerned.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>In the event of damage or breakage of hotel goods by a child participating in the camp, the parent responsible for the child in question will pay the value of the goods;<\/li>\n<li>The transport is carried out by an authorized passenger transport company or on behalf of Kaya Holistic SRL. In the event of a road accident, Kaya Holistic SRL is not responsible for any damage or injuries.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Conditions of participation:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>During the camp, the child may not have a cell phone or tablet with them. These will be given to an instructor for safekeeping and may be used in case of emergency\/need.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Children will be able to use their mobile phones in the morning and evening. The times will be communicated later.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>MEASURES CONCERNING BEHAVIOR IN CAMP<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Children must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&nbsp;do not damage the interior of the coach or hotel;<\/li>\n<li>when getting off and on the bus, be careful and follow the recommendations of Kaya Holistic instructors;<\/li>\n<li>any special situation that arises should be brought to the attention of the instructors;<\/li>\n<li>respect the camp schedule;<\/li>\n<li>circulate only on the sidewalk, and where there is none, circulation should be on the left side of the road;<\/li>\n<li>cross only in marked places, or at street corners and only after proper insurance;<\/li>\n<li>do not leave the group;<\/li>\n<li>take care of personal belongings: phones, cameras, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"forminator-row\"><div id=\"consent-1\" class=\"forminator-field-consent
