My name is Diana, I am a yoga instructor dedicated to helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through guided yoga sessions.

Classes are suitable for all levels and focus on flexibility, strength and controlled breathing.
Combining breathing with movement promotes mental clarity.
Experience increased flexibility, stress relief, improved focus and a deeper connection with your inner self.

I finished art college and continued to devote my creativity to the 3D game industry.
In the last 10 years I have integrated both passions – sports and 3D art, becoming a pillar for a fulfilled and balanced life.
Integrating sports into our daily routines improves our overall well-being, increases productivity, creativity and attention.

I like to combine several sports activities, including Pilates and Bodybalance.
Pilates is a low-impact exercise system focused on improving flexibility, strength and body awareness.
Developed by Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century, it emphasizes core strength, correct posture, and controlled, precise movements.
