SHE IS SAFE (SIS) <\/strong>is a program for the woman who wants to regain her power, through conscious martial arts, emotional work, and authentic expression. \u00a0 <\/p>\r\n\r\n

What is safety?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Safety is not the peace on the outside. It's the peace within. It's not about not feeling afraid, it's about not running away from yourself when you're afraid. Safety is not control. It's presence. It's when your body is no longer a place to avoid, when your voice no longer demands approval. Safety is when you remain whole, even when the world doesn't understand you. SIS \u2013 She is Safe. She is You.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

What is SHE IS SAFE?<\/strong><\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

A 2-day fitness program for women between 20-50 years old who want to:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

            Black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, meditation and breathwork facilitator. Founder of the first martial arts community dedicated to women \u2013 Kaya Martial Arts Women.<\/li>\r\n

            Founder of Elevate Her, a guide in authentic expression through music and conscious movement. Certified in Theta healing and transformational leadership.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n
