Safety is not the peace on the outside. It's the peace within. It's not about not feeling afraid, it's about not running away from yourself when you're afraid. Safety is not control. It's presence. It's when your body is no longer a place to avoid, when your voice no longer demands approval. Safety is when you remain whole, even when the world doesn't understand you. SIS – She is Safe. What is SHE IS SAFE?
A 2-day fitness program for women between 20-50 years old who want to:
- to reconnect with their body and emotions
- to find their inner center of safety
- to set healthy boundaries
- to no longer be lost in the face of fear, anger or shame
SHE IS SAFE (SIS) is for women who want to feel strong, present and safe in their body – wherever it is.
What we work on in the 2 days
- Conscious Martial Arts – for Clarity, Not Aggression
- Emotional exploration – fear, shame, anger, boundaries
- Systemic constellations and exercises – safety, gentleness, anchoring
- Somatic movement and authentic self-expression exercises
